Last night i had made pasta in a pinch… i used the last of the pizza sauce from klondike i added sun-dried tomatoes, garlic basil,olive oil and pasta starch water to thin it out the sauce a little. surprisingly it was good. with a hint of spice and tons of herb flavor.Â
breakfast i was in a hurry so i had an apple and coffee. :(
Lunch today i was in the grocery store shopping for the week and i was in the “organic” asile and i was liking for faux lunch meat for sandwiches. and i was browsing.. and i saw this pre-made lunch pack made by Gardein the sicilian trio, with “faux chicken” veggies and rice ready in 2mins and MEAT-FREE! this was so so good i loved it! good day. now i have to make dinner…
